Each of the five courses is a declaration of love, carefully paired with complementary Italian wines. Let the romance of Italy infuse your evening as you embark on a journey through its renowned wine regions. Our sommeliers will guide you through a selection of exceptional Italian wines, enhancing your appreciation of the different characteristics of each wine, what to look for when tasting wine, and what elements to consider when pairing a wine with food. Enjoy the evening of food and wine with two live musical acts that mirror the passion and diversity of Italy's rich cultural heritage, adding a layer of enchantment to your dining experience. Brandis Ajay will return as a featured singer performing beautiful classic Italian songs as guests enter the event Rich DeSimone will end the evening on a high note and sing an array of memorable hits from the legendary Italian crooner, Frank Sinatra, in his “Frank Sinatra Show.”

Guests are also invited to bid on an array of wonderful items featured in an extensive silent auction. Guests will also have to opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a unique basket of curated wines.
