Backyard Bash

The event will begin with West Overton Distilling serving up cocktails of the finest spirits and freshest ingredients at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 14, 2024.  Inside the museum, we showcase a stunning juried exhibition titled, “Rendering Radiance” from the Pittsburgh Pastel Arts League (PPAL) with delicious treats provided by Simply Good catering. Outside, sit and relax with live music from Braden McDannell in front of the fire pit while you make yourself a smore. Or get your adrenaline pumping with Steel City Axe, the ultimate mobile axe-throwing experience! With five-star ratings, get ready for a flavor-packed experience you won't want to miss with the ultimate mouthwatering smoked meats from High on the Hog BBQ food truck. Also enjoy our traditional annual favorites with games of chance and bidding on exceptional silent auction items from local businesses and organizations. Throw on your favorite denim and come to SAMA Ligonier for a relaxed evening of fun, friendship, and great food all to help support a fabulous organization!
